‘I am here to tell you a story’

I am a person who lives with a disability, and who has ridden just under 10,000 kilometers on a recumbent trike.

My name is Tommy Quick, at the age of 12 I suffered a major stroke, and my life changed forever.

I had to fit back into mainstream school, TAFE, and then eventually into University (Bs Human Nutrition).

I’ve completed all these academic achievements. I’ve also walked the Kokoda trail and started a business in personal training.

I completed a three-year-long, 4 points journey across Australia by trike, for which I’ve been honoured to be nominated for both the Fundraiser of the Year for the Stroke Foundation and Australian of the year.

Now I’ve found my passions in Keynote Speaking & Acting.
